Embark on a delightful culinary journey in this steakhouse experience, carefully curated and prepared by Chef Cidney. Start with a crunchy Caesar salad with confit tomatoes and garlic herb croutons. For the main event, discover ribeye crusted with black sea salt accompanied by chili-lime shrimp and fully loaded crushed potato pearls. End the meal with a tangy deconstructed lemon tart topped with macerated berries.

Chef Cidney is a professional Executive and Private Chef. She taught me some great skills and tricks on how to properly slice an onion. She has so much knowledge and skill to share with her guests. I would recommend her to anyone in the San Antonio area.

After graduating from Johnson and Wales, Chef Cidney began her culinary career by mastering healthy, organic and flavorful dishes for her clients. As a traveling chef, she has cooked for many well-known celebrities, including a Spurs player and his family. With her extensive knowledge of dietary restrictions, Chef Cidney is an expert at accommodating any meal for a large professional meeting or intimate family gathering.
