Spanish tapas meet Tex-Mex in this perfectly curated meal, prepared by Chef Cidney. Warm your palate with a chorizo scotch egg drizzled with chili oil and topped with micro greens. Next, things heat up with smoky paprika shrimp tacos, followed by a punch of flavor in papas rancheros with onions, peppers and cilantro crema. Finally, dig into creamy rice pudding with a dusting of warm cinnamon.

Chef Cidney is a professional Executive and Private Chef. She taught me some great skills and tricks on how to properly slice an onion. She has so much knowledge and skill to share with her guests. I would recommend her to anyone in the San Antonio area.

After graduating from Johnson and Wales, Chef Cidney began her culinary career by mastering healthy, organic and flavorful dishes for her clients. As a traveling chef, she has cooked for many well-known celebrities, including a Spurs player and his family. With her extensive knowledge of dietary restrictions, Chef Cidney is an expert at accommodating any meal for a large professional meeting or intimate family gathering.
