Private Chef - Farmers' Market Feast

Inspired by bountiful farmers' markets, this menu highlights fresh, local ingredients.

In this private chef experience, Chef Brian transforms local ingredients into an elegant meal. Begin with a stack of char-grilled eggplant, tomato, creamy mozzarella and bright herbs drizzled with the chef’s original sauce. Next, enjoy pan-seared salmon over oven-roasted tomato sauce and capellini pasta followed by a rich corn and ginger soup. For dessert, savor tender roasted pears with crunchy candied almonds topped with Frangelico-infused whipped cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

With a passion for cooking clean and specialties including vegan, Asian and New American cuisine, Chef Brian offers his formidable talents teaching aspiring chefs and providing memorable dining moments.
