Utilizing the best bounty the Sea has to offer, this menu incorporates Japanese, French and British influences. Built on rock solid classical fundamentals,, it's contemporary "overhaul" makes for an exciting menu that is visually appealing as well as just yummy.
We use prime ingredients source from local professional restaurant fishmongers as well as the Marin County Farmers Market
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
