Inspired by the sun of the Mediterranean, this menu reflect a slice of the region where the sun shines, the days are long and the living is relaxed, the food is flavorful and evolved to use ingredients that are just made for each other.
Greek Style Tomato Salad with full bodied Mission Extra Virgin Olive Oil, a few drops only of aged Modena Balsamic Vinegar (the tomatoes natural acid does the rest), a sprinkling of Feta Cheese and some intense fried Oregano
The Risotto is cooked in a flavorful Vegetable broth and finished with Mascarpone to reach perfect rich smoothness., served with roasted baguette Crostini to ad back some crunchy mouthfeel.
The Chocolate Mousse Cake will satisfy with its richness and decadent flavor, gently balanced by the sweet acidity of berries
