Fill your table with hearty Old World cuisine in this surf and turf private chef experience with Chef Chericia. She'll lead you on a culinary journey from the comfort of your own home. You'll enjoy roasted pepper and ricotta bruschetta, a creamy lobster risotto made with white wine, and a Tuscan-style New York strip steak with grilled asparagus. Enjoy the complex flavors of orange olive oil cake for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Let me start off by saying that Chef Chericia is an amazing "person." She walked into my home smiling and ready to give me and my guest a personal experience that we could not wait to have! As "Chef Chericia," we received professionalism, enthusiasm, knowledge (because we asked a lot of questions about her journey of becoming a chef), and a very personable demeanor. My guest and I Fell.In.Love with her style of cooking. We selected the Surf and Turf meal and it was to die for! The steak was juicy with a light crust from her rub. The ingredients used were VERY flavorful. Her Risotto was authentically made as not everyone has the patience or know-how to make this and she nailed it! Our dessert was an orange/spice cake (like a pound cake), and I melted inside. THE.best.cake.ever! SUPER happy with Chef Chericia and would highly recommend her. If you skip over her, you are skipping over excellence! THANK YOU for such a wonderful experience!
