Chef Anwar prepares a luxurious menu showcasing surf and turf.

Discover a world of delightful flavors with this immersive private chef experience with Chef Anwar. Begin your journey with mini crab cakes accompanied by a spicy slaw. Move on to a beautiful surf and turf plate featuring hearty beef tenderloin with scallops, jumbo shrimp and lobster claws. Round out the experience by sampling an indulgent dessert trio featuring red velvet whoopie pie and chocolate mousse cake.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

I choose Chef Anwar's class as a date night with my wife and he was kind enough to invite us to his place. Anwar and his wife provided us with the right atmosphere, hospitality and hands-on experience during our evening. I would recommend this for a pleasant, thoughtful class from someone who's very passionate about food and cuisine.
