Experience the flavors of Italy with these bright, flavorful dishes curated by Chef Paige.

In this private chef experience, you'll enjoy several Italian dishes full of bright, fresh flavor. Begin with bruschetta made with sliced ciabatta topped with cannellini beans, Parmesan and prosciutto. Then, savor homemade seafood ravioli with crab or shrimp and tossed in a garlic cream sauce and sided by roasted broccoli rabe with mint that perfectly balances the main course. For dessert, try a creamy panna cotta with a fresh coulis.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
