The delightful cuisine of France is yours for the night in a personalized dining experience.

Chef Denis shares the fabulous flavors of his French heritage in this elegant private chef experience. Feast on a menu of classic offerings, including mussels in white wine, skin-on salmon with citrus butter and skirt steak glazed with mustard and served with basil-roasted mashed potatoes and carrots. And, in true French fashion, finish the meal by enjoying a dark and white chocolate hazelnut mousse for dessert.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience than our time with Chef Denis. Chef Denis is an extremely skilled and thoughtful teacher and we loved this hands on experience. He left us with a lot of awesome tips and tricks- and some of the most delicious food!!! (A risotto dessert to die for!). We will absolutely be recommending Chef Denis to everyone- and taking another one of his courses.
