Enjoy a sophisticated menu of scallops, tarts and more during this private chef experience with Chef Paige. This gourmet meal begins with goat cheese and caramelized onion tarts decorated with delicate radish petals. For the main course, dine on seared scallops in a creamy peppercorn, butter and brandy sauce with creamy potato gratin on the side. Dessert is a decadent chocolate panna cotta topped with fresh raspberry coulis.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
