Savor an elevated meal featuring a selection of thoughtful and inventive vegetarian recipes.

Discover the healthful beauty of plant-based dining in this elegant vegetable-forward private chef experience with Chef Brian. He'll prepare a sumptuous menu that includes a beet and berry salad and three-way cauliflower roasted, puréed and pickled with kale chips and coconut curry sauce. You'll also enjoy a Parmesan and potato mille-feuille entrée and a decadent yet wholesome dessert of spiced carrot cake topped with fresh cream cheese frosting.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Brian showed me how to make a delicious California sushi roll. I love sushi and was super excited to learn how to make this. He was super fun and informative. I really enjoyed learning from him.

He has cooked in a variety of kitchens, including mom and pop restaurants, steakhouses, wineries and Michelin star restaurants on the Vegas strip. Chef Brian has worked with some of the most well respected chefs in the industry, including Guy Fieri, Gordon Ramsay and Guy Savoy.
