He has cooked in a variety of kitchens, including mom and pop restaurants, steakhouses, wineries and Michelin star restaurants on the Vegas strip. My husband and I were visiting for our anniversary from NY. We stayed in an Airbnb and I surprised him with Chef Brian making us brunch. It was the highlight of our Vegas Trip! The food was creative and beautifully presented. Chef Brian was thoughtful with the menu and very friendly. He left the kitchen spotless and left us a gift. I highly recommend him and would book him again next time we visit. This is a 5 star experience! Thank you Chef!!
