Chef Brian showed me how to make a delicious California sushi roll. I love sushi and was super excited to learn how to make this. He was super fun and informative. I really enjoyed learning from him.

Meet your chef
Following culinary school, Chef Brian moved to Paris to begin his career as a chef and has now been cooking professionally for almost 10 years. He has cooked in a variety of kitchens, including mom and pop restaurants, steakhouses, wineries and Michelin star restaurants on the Vegas strip. Chef Brian has worked with some of the most well respected chefs in the industry, including Guy Fieri, Gordon Ramsay and Guy Savoy.
