He'll show you the wonders of dining farm-to-table-style with a vibrant menu featuring herb-marinated baby tomatoes, asparagus and mushroom risotto, and braised chicken thighs served atop creamy polenta and roasted vegetables. For dessert, sink your sweet tooth into piña colada panna cotta with candied nut crumble — provide your own rum for a spirited version!

Chef Brian showed me how to make a delicious California sushi roll. I love sushi and was super excited to learn how to make this. He was super fun and informative. I really enjoyed learning from him.

Chef Brian has worked with some of the most well respected chefs in the industry, including Guy Fieri, Gordon Ramsay and Guy Savoy.
