Chef Suzanna creates an array of light, flavorful selections inspired by the sea in this private chef experience. Invite your guests to indulge in a celebration of thoughtful dining that includes an ahi tuna tower with wonton crisps, a spinach and feta pastry, and handmade linguine served with tender clams. Dessert is your choice of tangy lemon cheesecake or rich espresso mousse, a touch of indulgence to end your meal.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
