Chef Simone showcases vibrant flavors from across the Caribbean in this private chef experience. To start, you'll enjoy classic meat patties and fritters with bright mango chutney. The main course includes coconut rice and peas, stir-fried vegetables and tostones along with your choice of oxtail or red snapper escovitch. Pair your meal with a glass of sorrel, traditional Jamaican hibiscus tea, and finish with a boozy rum cake with grapenut ice cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Simone has loved cooking for others ever since childhood, when she and her mother would cook for their church every Sunday. Over the years, that passion led her to a career path of working in restaurants, and later, starting her own private chef and meal prep company. Nowadays, Chef Simone's wheelhouse lies in preparing indigenous diasporic food with influences from Africa, America, Latin America, the Caribbean and Japan, and she is eager to share it.
