Enjoy a seasonal, fresh-and-fired-up perspective on New American cuisine from the land and sea.
In this flavor-focused meal, private Chef Jenna treats you to the unique flavors of New American cuisine. Seasonal ingredients are the star of every recipe and bring a freshness to each dish. First, you'll enjoy roasted summer squash in a salad with charred beans, poached tuna, and a lemon caper vinaigrette. Then, Chef Jenna will treat you to a hanger steak seared to perfection in cast iron skillet and accompanied by shrimp, tangy salt and vinegar onions, garlicky greens, and seared potatoes. For dessert, indulge in a seasonal fruit cobbler.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Jenna is super friendly and versed in many cuisine types. She is super knowledgeable in all things culinary and truly pays attention to all the small details. I totally recommend her if you are in the D.C and Baltimore area!

Our experience was incredible!! Chef Jenna was absolutely amazing!! We loved her! She was very knowledgeable, hardworking, and very sociable! It was like learning and cooking with a friend. We learned a lot of practical cooking tips, had so much fun, and then enjoyed a delicious meal!!! I would highly recommend this experience to others. It exceeded our expectations! This was a birthday gift for my mom, and I really think she loved it!

This was a superb experience from start to finish. Jenna brought everything we needed and expertly walked us through the whole cooking process. She is a natural teacher, explaining fascinating and useful cooking tips that will serve us well far in the future. She made the whole experience pleasant and fun, and one that we won't soon forget. Oh, and did I mention the food was phenomenal? Every dish was delicious, and the baklava was the best we've ever had. Highly recommend!
With extensive experience and much of her career spent working at Michelin-starred restaurants with award-winning colleagues, Chef Jenna is an experienced chef versed in many cuisines. Creative and personable, she’s also found time in her career to teach culinary students and to learn about organic farming. Chef Jenna's passion and skill have led her to follow many pursuits, but it all centers on her love for creating delicious food.
