Private Chef - New American Seasonal Surf and Turf
In this flavor-focused meal, private Chef Jenna treats you to the unique flavors of New American cuisine. Seasonal ingredients are the star of every recipe and bring a freshness to each dish. First, you'll enjoy roasted summer squash in a salad with charred beans, poached tuna, and a lemon caper vinaigrette. Then, Chef Jenna will treat you to a hanger steak seared to perfection in cast iron skillet and accompanied by shrimp, tangy salt and vinegar onions, garlicky greens, and seared potatoes. For dessert, indulge in a seasonal fruit cobbler.
