In this private chef experience, Chef Alice elevates classic brunch dishes with a nod to Southern cooking. This hearty brunch menu includes decadent, stuffed French toast with a creamy fruit filling, creamy grits with Gouda and bacon and fresh berry parfaits with granola and honey. Enjoy the chef’s specialty omelette or egg scramble with shrimp or andouille sausage, vegetables and cheese and a signature Cajun cream sauce. Every bite brings the flavors of the South to your brunch table.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Alice’s food was absolutely amazing. She began the experience with red snapper cakes paired with her signature secret sauce—an outstanding first course that set the tone for the evening. The main course featured perfectly cooked trout served with creamy, full-bodied grits and a sauce that added just the right amount of spice. The trout was beautifully crispy, while the grits were rich and smooth. Just when we thought the experience couldn’t get any better, she finished with her warm chocolate chip bread pudding, which was simply sinful—in the best way. Every bite was pure joy. Beyond the food, Chef Alice’s beautiful personality truly enhanced the experience. She explained each dish with genuine excitement and passion, making the entire meal unforgettable.
