Join Chef Alice for a sweet and savory brunch menu with a Southern-style kick.
In this private chef experience, Chef Alice elevates classic brunch dishes with a nod to Southern cooking. This hearty brunch menu includes decadent, stuffed French toast with a creamy fruit filling, creamy grits with Gouda and bacon and fresh berry parfaits with granola and honey. Enjoy the chef’s specialty omelette or egg scramble with shrimp or andouille sausage, vegetables and cheese and a signature Cajun cream sauce. Every bite brings the flavors of the South to your brunch table.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

After working as a professional chef for over 13 years, Chef Alice earned widespread recognition for the weekly soul food cooking pop-up that she hosted during the pandemic. Her cooking garnered instant success, as clients fell in love with her ability to reinvent classic soul food dishes while maintaining the culture that created them. Chef Alice aims to combine her culinary skills and her passion for fusing cultures through food.
