Wonderful and fun time. Chef Ben provided some background of the dishes and we truly enjoyed learning more about Ramen. He is super cordial and great smile. The food was truly amazing. We will do the sushi class next for certain. What a great surprise for my husband and nephew.

If you are a sushi-making amateur and want to learn, look no further! Chef Ben has a myriad of experience and is incredibly knowledgeable with different sushi making techniques. He taught us how to make restaurant quality sushi at home down to garnishing and plating! Extremely fun and engaging cooking course for your next date night. I can’t wait to book Chef Ben again!

Chef Ben made my husband's birthday extra special! He's not only an amazing chef, but a fantastic teacher and SO much fun. All 6 of us had an opportunity to create part of our homemade sushi feast under Chef Ben's guidance. Everyone had a great time and the evening was a perfect birthday surprise! The sushi was delicious and there was plenty of it! He also brings absolutely everything - sets up and cleans up so all you need to do it enjoy yourselves!
