Enjoy the quality and elegance of Michelin-quality dining in an intimate setting, beginning with tuna tartare flavored with umami-packed tamari and zesty lemon. Next, enjoy creamy and savory crab chawanmushi, a custardy egg dish. For the main course, you will dine on a classic French seafood stew, flavorful bouillabaisse with mussels, shrimp and aromatics, like fennel and thyme.
