In this private chef experience, choose specially-curated offerings from the Chef Eranda's elevated menu. Begin with your choice of light endive and watercress salad with goat cheese, apples and pistachios or warm French onion soup with creamy mozzarella and garlic croutons. For the main course, select herb-roasted chicken breast with mashed potatoes and vegetables, grilled ginger-soy glazed salmon with bok choy or filet mignon with roasted potatoes, spinach and savory beef gravy.
