Traditional Czech cuisine sets the table for a meal with surprises in every course.
Let Chef Radka introduce you to the culinary magic of Eastern Europe in this upscale private chef experience. Enjoy peaches served with blue cheese mousse and a fresh green salad topped with authentic Balkan cheese. Then, delight in an entrée of skewered pork, sausage and vegetables flavored with beer and spices. And for dessert, sample a traditional cake prepared with seasonal fruit and crispy streusel.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
