Enjoy a decadent four-course menu featuring classic dishes bursting with authentic Italian flavor.

Join Chef Tre in a private chef experience that brings classic Italian cuisine right to your dinner table, beginning with beef and pepper arancini. Your second course features pan-seared tiger shrimp paired with chocolate pasta followed by osso buco, creamy polenta and glazed vegetables. Finish your experience with a crunchy chocolate cannoli topped with powdered sugar.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Book Chef Tre today! My 30th birthday dinner was beautiful and delicious. He was so accommodating to the vegetarian in my group and packed up leftovers for us. The presentation and professionalism was top notch. I'm so happy I chose him and I'm still thinking about the Italian dinner he cooked months later lol.

Chef Tre was AWESOME! Even before our event, he was so communicative and accommodating - even creating a special menu for one of my friends who was vegan! Each dish was better than the other and we had such a wonderful time! I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you!!

Multi-talented Chef Tre was a Marine and a firefighter before tackling culinary school and launching his own catering company. His experience has taken him through restaurants helmed by some of the top chefs in the Washington, D.C. area. His focus is mainly on French, Italian, Creole and Cajun traditions. With a blend of technical savvy, imagination and passion, Chef Tre shares his love of all cuisine with his students.
