Enjoy the time-honored flavors of Spain with Chef Jose.

The authentic, four-course menu served in this private chef experience showcases traditional Spanish flavors and ingredients beginning with watermelon gazpacho, a classic soup served cold, and Catalan-style roasted vegetables with eggplant and peppers. For the entrée, Chef Jose will serve paella Valenciana with fresh seafood, chorizo and chicken. And let’s not forget dessert: An authentic leche frita with caramel.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

He’s built a 20-year career and refined his culinary skills while apprenticing under three master cooks. With his mantra, “food builds community,” in mind, Chef Jose works to create nurturing meals while teaching others to do the same.
