Enjoy the time-honored flavors of Spain with Chef Jose.

The authentic, four-course menu served in this private chef experience showcases traditional Spanish flavors and ingredients beginning with watermelon gazpacho, a classic soup served cold, and Catalan-style roasted vegetables with eggplant and peppers. For the entrée, Chef Jose will serve paella Valenciana with fresh seafood, chorizo and chicken. And let’s not forget dessert: An authentic leche frita with caramel.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Jose was amazing. Great food, and he was so engaging with our little kids (ages 3 and 1). He made the meals special for both the adults and the kids. If you are considering hiring a private chef, Jose should be your pick!

I bought this as a gift for my brother and sister in law. They told me that Jose was super friendly! He even had their 3 year old help out with the prep which he loved! The food was fantastic and they really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend Jose! From my side I booked this with 2 days notice! Jose accepted and as very polite and accommodating
