Chef Jose was introduced to cooking at the age of eight. Being immersed in the aromas of delicious food cooking in his New York neighborhood set him on a path toward becoming a professional chef. He’s built a 20-year career and refined his culinary skills while apprenticing under three master cooks. With his mantra, “food builds community,” in mind, Chef Jose works to create nurturing meals while teaching others to do the same.

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE
Enjoy an upscale night enjoying authentic Italian favorites with Chef Jose.
Traditional Northern Italian fare is the star of this private chef experience with Chef Jose. Begin with caprese bruschetta with mozzarella ciliegine and roasted cherry tomatoes, and a classic panzanella salad with roasted vegetables. For the main course, you’ll enjoy creamy Tuscan chicken featuring cherry tomatoes and zesty Meyer lemons served over fresh linguine pasta. To end your authentic meal, sink your fork into panna cotta with fresh berries.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
