Enjoy an incredible, traditional Indian spread handcrafted by Chef Ravi.

Chef Ravi masterfully recreates popular Indian dishes in this elegant private chef experience using only high-quality ingredients. You'll begin with authentic vegetable samosas, then enjoy a classic chicken tikka masala — a staple of British-Indian cuisine — prepared with butter, cream and tomatoes, served with saffron and snow peas pulao. Every dish is accompanied by handmade tamarind chutney and mint chutney.

Chef Ravi is a superb teacher and an expert in his field! We had the privilege of having a private sushi making class in our home with Chef Ravi. He brought all ingredients, cookware, and materials. He taught us how to make three different kinds of sushi and a delicious coconut rice dessert, explaining everything step by step. He provided all the recipes, answered all of our questions, and was a complete joy to meet and have in our home. Thank you, Chef Ravi.

Chef Ravi is Brilliant! His expertise and passion for food is enthusiastically shared with everyone who has the great fortune to meet and learn from him. My husband and I had the fantastic opportunity to invite Chef Ravi to our home to celebrate my birthday with us and several of our friends! To say we had a BLAST! is an understatement! The meal that Chef and his soul-chef prepared was marvelous! Flavors, smells, colors - food that none of us had experienced before - prepared with such skill and knowledge. Chef Ravi invited and encouraged all of us to get involved in the preparation and tasting - discussing the techniques and ingredients. It wasn't just a meal/dinner it was an EXPERIENCE! ((And I also have to say that it was extremely reasonably priced as well!) Chef Ravi is a gentleman - soft spoken, funny, quick-witted with great stories to tell...We are so happy and honored to call him our friend!

I had a wonderful time taking a virtual sushi making class with Chef Ravi. I've always loved sushi but have been too intimidated to make it, but with Chef Ravi's help I was able to successfully make delicious homemade sushi! It was so great to try out new cooking techniques and ingredients and he was able to provide helpful guidance even over a Zoom call. I'm already looking forward to my next class!

I've taken enough classes with Chef Ravi that I'm not sure exactly how many that it's been, but I think it's somewhere around 8. Before meeting Ravi I'd been a lifelong fan of Indian cuisine but every attempt to cook it at home had ended up in disappointment. The classes have done wonders to demystify the process and allow me to start producing dishes in the kitchen that I'm really proud of. The Chef does a great job of breaking down the ingredients needed and presenting the steps to the recipes in an approachable way. Rich flavor comes with a with a rich list of ingredients so these aren't set and forget recipes, but if you're ready to dig in and learn something new you'll walk away with some culinary skills that you can use for the rest of your life. I never used to use whole spices before taking these classes, but now I swear by them, and I have twice the amount of available spices in my rack than I used to. Chef Ravi also does a great job of teaching the philosophy of cooking as well as the process of making the dishes (the recipe is a guideline). Be ready to take notes and you'll be able to soak up a lot of extra culinary wisdom. My final tip is don't eat before the class so you'll be prepared to take generous helpings of what was made!
