Chef Wearing a Mask (Upon Request) Build your own gourmet menu of traditional Japanese dishes with Chef Maung.
In this private chef experience, select your favorite dishes to create a personalized feast of traditional Japanese flavors. To start, choose between savory shrimp shumai or vegetable gyoza and enjoy your selection of handcrafted sashimi, nigiri or sushi rolls. For the main course, Chef Maung will create your choice of a stunning salmon teriyaki or yaki soba followed by mochi ice cream featuring the iconic Japanese ingredients of green tea or sweet red bean.
