These masterfully prepared dishes will transport you to the rich culinary world of Asia.

Enjoy Asian cuisine prepared to perfection by a professional chef. Each dish is made with high-quality ingredients and masterful technique to create a unique culinary experience. Enjoy dishes like crab wontons, crunchy watercress salad and pad Thai with your choice of chicken or shrimp. For the main course, Chef Alex will prepare a sea bass dressed with tropical fruit and Asian sauces. For dessert, enjoy sweet banana spring rolls with sweet sauces and vanilla ice cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

He started on the line and worked his way up to executive chef, and now Chef Alex is ready to share some of his kitchen wisdom and culinary techniques with others. His area of expertise is fine dining and he has opened several high-end establishments across the country.

Alex brings his passion for life to the food that he cooks. The Basil Pasta Pesto was delicious and fresh. The steak cooked perfectly. And to close the deal, there is no better combination than chocolate and hazelnut. Knock out.
