Let Chef Danielle create the perfect American-French menu for you in this four-course private chef experience. Begin with French potato croquettes followed by a roasted beet and baby kale salad drizzled with balsamic Dijon vinaigrette. Next, enjoy your hanger steak entrée with roasted cauliflower purée and glazed rainbow carrots on the side. Finish with a warm apple crumble topped with cinnamon ice cream.

Chef Danielle showed me how to make a yummy honey garlic chicken marinade that's full of flavor! She walked me through the steps. She also gave me some great advice for when searing meats to get that crispy seared outer layer by making sure if is completely dry beforehand. I would love to learn more from Chef Danielle again.
Meet your chef
Chef Danielle graduated from Kendall College School of Culinary Arts, and began her culinary career on the line and worked her way up. After attaining Sous Chef status, she decided to pursue her passion for food as a private chef where she found her calling. Chef Danielle is skilled in a number of various culinary styles from BBQ to small plates, specializing in French and Spanish cuisines with a personal flare.
