Chef Danielle will bring the classic French experience of the farmers market to you with this four-course meal. Begin with a burrata crostini topped with bacon lardons and herb salad, followed by a classic French niçoise salad with fresh vegetables and honey Dijon vinaigrette. The main course will be seared scallops accompanied by turnip purée and a shaved Brussels sprouts salad. To complete your spectacular feast, enjoy a blueberry tartlet with goat cheese whipped cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
