During this private chef experience, Chef Luis will prepare an exquisite four-course Roman feast using fresh, high-quality ingredients and classic Roman cooking techniques. Begin with a fresh Roman-style carpaccio using your choice of sliced raw meat or fish, and a classic Caprese salad. Your entrée features bucatini all'amatriciana with succulent pork belly, garlic and onion, and for dessert, indulge in a silky crème brûlée two ways.
