In this private chef experience, Chef Landi will create an unforgettable spread of classic dinner favorites to help you ring in the new year. You'll get to sit back, relax and enjoy a gourmet three-course feast, including traditional black-eyed peas for good luck, balsamic herbed pork roast, brown butter honey-glazed carrots and creamy garlic hasselback potatoes. End your evening with a flourless chocolate mousse cake or crème brûlée.

I could not have had a better time at this class. Chef Landi made us feel comfortable from the start and just made it such an enjoyable experience for us. Chef Landi provided an absolutely wonderful experience. He is an excellent teacher and chef. The food was incredible and the experience was unlike any other. Chef Landi began his foray into the restaurant industry over 20 years ago as a server in Italy, and quickly found himself working in the kitchen, learning the skills and techniques that have been foundational to his now successful culinary career. In 2001, Chef Landi moved to the U.S. and discovered a newfound passion for teaching. Now, he is both a chef at an Argentinian steakhouse and a lauded culinary instructor.
