In this private chef experience, Chef Landi will create an unforgettable spread of classic dinner favorites to help you ring in the new year. You'll get to sit back, relax and enjoy a gourmet three-course feast, including traditional black-eyed peas for good luck, balsamic herbed pork roast, brown butter honey-glazed carrots and creamy garlic hasselback potatoes. End your evening with a flourless chocolate mousse cake or crème brûlée.

This experience was very unique! Chef Landi gave us a great tutorial on all three courses, and each one tasted fantastic. He answered lots of questions to help us understand the process. It was a lovely date night for myself and my partner, we left with a new skill! Would 100% recommend to anyone!

Chef Landi was fabulous! The food/recipes were excellent and we enjoyed being actively engaged in making the ravioli, salad and dessert. There were just 6 participants, including the 4 of is, and that was just right! I would loved to do another class, or have us cook for us, again! Bravo, Chef Landi!
