Enjoy a cozy collection of vegan comfort food that will warm and satisfy the soul.

During this private chef experience, Chef Dominique will prepare for you a hearty and healthy four-course menu of vegan comfort food using high-quality, plant-based ingredients. Some of the dishes you can look forward to enjoying include a warm spinach artichoke dip, potato leek soup, your choice of lentil walnut loaf with garlic mash or shepherd's pie with garlicky green beans, a chocolate chip soy vanilla ice cream sandwich for dessert, and more!

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Outstanding, I have had other cooking classes, this by far has been the best. Chef Dominique was brilliant letting us get hands on with the Ingredients and creating delicious food. I definetly will be back for another lesson and bring friends. Thank you.

Chef Dominique was not only an amazing Chef, but also such a fun person to have conversations with. My husband abd I cooked a salmon dish with her, along with mashed potatoes, a puff pastry, a watermelon salad, and a chocolate cake. Loved everything and the time together.

Chef Dominique is the best! My girl and I showed up to a wonderfully clean and prepped kitchen. She guided us through the recipe step by step, talked with us about music, and was just awesome in general. The food and the experience were both fantastic. I highly recommend this experience, it was a great way to spend an afternoon.

I had an amazing experience with Chef Dominique. I immediatley felt welcomed as soon as I arrived to her class. Her food was excellent. She was very passionate about vegan cuisine and opened my eyes to how many options are available when creating vegan meals. I learned a lot and had amazing food.

One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced since becoming vegan is recreating my favorite meals in a vegan form. Upon booking a cooking class I reached out to several vegan chefs until I found one that really saw my vision and needs. I was very thrilled when I spoke with Dominique, not only was she very friendly, she also had a very open mind. She helped me recreate a thanksgiving like meal all in the comfort of my home. I love to entertain and host dinner parties, and with Thanksgiving and Christmas on the way, she coached on all the vegan secrets and how-to’s.
