Tantalize your tastebuds as Chef Harold brings you a taste of popular Asian cuisine.

In this private chef experience, you will savor classic Asian street food dishes at home. Chef Harold begins with a duo of appetizers: Hot and sour soup enhanced with bay scallops, and Korean-style chicken wings. Drunken noodle, a stir fry prepared with chicken, shrimp, and lobster, will follow. For dessert, enjoy ube rice cake, a sweet and sticky confectionary delight that hails from the Philippines.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We had an amazing birthday dinner for my husband with Chef Harold cooking up all of our favorites. Everything was delicious. I should have watched him prepare the hot and sour soup, I have been thinking about it all week! He also did a great job ensuring my children had some not so spicy selections. All-in-all a wonderful surprise for my husband on his birthday. I have shared already details with several of my friends! Thank you Chef Harold for making this COVID birthday experience extra special.

From the moment Chef Harold arrived, he was committed to providing us the full cooking experience. He was respectful, engaging, and never once let a dull moment pass by as he progressed through each dish. The food was excellent, and he even made sure to capture the experience with multiple photo opportunities. 10/10, would highly recommend to anyone considering this class - I fully intend to use him again to learn and experience a new dish (chicken wings, probably!)
