During this private chef experience, Chef Ivan will prepare for you an authentic and gourmet four-course Argentinian feast that showcases fresh, high-quality ingredients and spirited Argentinian flavor profiles. Some of the dishes you can look forward to enjoying include beef and chicken empanadas with homemade chimichurri sauce, a traditional Argentinian provoleta served with focaccia, sous vide flame-grilled skirt steak, and dulce de leche flan.

The team had a fantastic time! Chef Ivan was amazing. It was an awesome team activity with great final results. There was a lot of competition between the teams and a lot of anxiety & adrenaline in the process! We had fun, the place was wonderful and we couldn't be happier with the experience! We will definitely recommend it to our friends.

We had a great time learning how to make fresh pasta. Chef Ivan and Chef Nora were great teachers. The class had 16 people in it, but it didn't feel like that many as we were split into different rooms. We all got a chance to make everything, from the doughs to the different shaped pastas, even some improved knife skills! Everything was super clean and the food we made was delicious. It was also great that they sent us home with the leftovers. I had a fantastic time, and would highly recommend this class.

Chef Ivan’s zeal for cooking began at a very young age, leading him to attend culinary school at the ripe age of just 14. The Italian chef, who has cooked all over Europe, now lives in New York where he runs a catering company and volunteers teaching children kitchen skills. Chef Ivan focuses on Italian, French and sushi courses, and is excited to educate guests on new techniques.
