Experience a completely from-scratch meal featuring nutritious plant-based ingredients with Chef Megan. Begin with an arugula, roasted beet and pumpkin seed salad, and fresh zucchini noodles with a basil-walnut pesto. Next, enjoy a handmade black bean quinoa burger, and gourmet date bites with cacao nibs and hemp seeds for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Megan delivered an exceptional culinary experience for me and three colleagues during our Cozymeal class. In a warm and cozy setting, she guided us through preparing a delicious, wholesome meal from scratch—including black bean party hummus, arugula salad with fresh strawberries, quinoa salad, roasted salmon fillet, and a no-bake blueberry delight dessert. Beyond cooking, Chef Megan shared invaluable insights on selecting and maintaining kitchenware and introduced us to the inspiring Plant-to-Plate concept, deepening our appreciation for mindful cooking.
