Enjoy incredible freshly rolled and sliced sushi presented by Chef Christian.

In this private chef experience, Chef Christian will source and prepare three Asian dishes made with high quality ingredients. Begin with kani su, a Japanese salad featuring cucumber, surimi, scallions, seaweed and avocado. Next, enjoy California rolls with surimi, avocado and cucumber with optional crispy onions and spicy mayonnaise. Finally, choose between two don bowls, one with barbecued eel, avocado, sesame seeds and eel sauce, or salmon, avocado, sesame seeds and poke sauce.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We had a group of 4 attend the impressive sushi class with chef Chris. Everything was nicely prepped for us when we arrived. It was a great hands on experience and teaching throughout the class. We will definitely love to take the tempura class when we are back in Florida. Thanks for a fun family day!

Absolutely recommended! Chef Christian is so warm and welcoming and really loves his craft. He showed us a great time, with delicious food and an experience we won’t forget! 10 out of 10 would and will try again!

We were looking for something fun to do together as a team, and this could not have been more fun. Chef Christian was equal parts knowledgeable and amiable, making for an awesome evening of learning how to make sushi. His approach was excellent in that he did demonstrations and told us what we needed and kept a watchful eye over the group while we were making our rolls. His kind and outgoing demeanor was a pleasure, and his skill in the kitchen made this an experience we'd like to do again! I highly recommend Chef Christian's classes if you're looking to have some fun and try something that you don't do everyday. He and his team were excellent!

What a great chef to get all those Japanese tips with style! I say this because chef Christian is very detailed oriented and watching him showed me all the tiny things to have in mind when preparing these specialty dishes. He is a great chef but mostly an artist when putting all the ingredients together. I highly recomend his classes to anyone who cannot afford the trip to Japan.
