During this private chef experience, Chef Andrew will prepare for you an authentic four-course Bahamian dinner menu with flair using a bounty of fresh, tropical ingredients. Some of the dishes you can look forward to enjoying include freshly cracked conch, a citrusy winter salad, Bahamian steamed snapper with pigeon peas and rice, steamed cabbage, fried plantains, and so much more!
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Andrew was personable, respectful with some great life stories to tell - all while serving up some amazing deliciousness - every bite made from scratch in our kitchen!!! I would highly recommend this experience.

Food wasn't good and what was suppose to be a dinner for two became a dinner for three, meaning the chef decided to eat with us.
For the past five years, Chef Andrew has been spending his days in the kitchen creating from-scratch menus to accommodate a variety of dietary needs for patients at a rehab facility in Miami.
