Enjoy the classic favorites of a French brasserie in this private chef experience with Chef Chris. First, enjoy creamy carrot soup with thyme, leeks and cream, and fresh mussels with your choice of a white wine sauce or baguette toasts and olive oil. Next, sink your fork into a flaky short ribs beef bourguignon. End your meal on a sweet note with a French strawberry tart for dessert.

Cozymeal was a unique and fun experience to share with my colleagues in multiple countries. Chef Chris was an excellent guide, attentive to our questions and making sure we had adequate time to finish each step so no one fell out of sync. I especially enjoyed learning about the history of the foods we were preparing and a bit of the chemistry involved in cooking. I would recommend Cozymeal to anyone who likes to eat and is looking for a fun virtual gathering opportunity.
