In this private chef experience, Chef Mark showcases a menu of exquisite fare prepared completely from scratch. Begin with blistered shishito peppers, and a baby greens salad featuring burrata and holy basil. Next, you'll be served duck confit with saffron pappardelle pasta and porcini mushrooms, and for dessert, enjoy a decadent chocolate lava cake with raspberry coulis.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

He worked his way up the food chain and earned titles including executive sous chef, executive chef, and senior chef manager in various high-profile kitchens. Now, Chef Mark is the owner of a successful personal chef and catering service that hosts functions ranging from birthday gatherings to formal soirées.
