Enjoy a four-course meal that incorporates different flavors from a variety of cuisines.

In this private chef experience, you will enjoy an incredible fusion dinner featuring ingredients from around the world. Chef Antonio will begin by preparing scallop carpaccio with ginger mignonette, and homemade spaghetti chitarra pasta featuring fresh lobster, followed by a duck breast salad with oranges and pomegranates. End your meal with a tart and decadent cherry soufflé.

We had a wonderful time. The best bruschetta and gnocchi we have had in the US. Chef Antonio makes the experience fun and enjoyable. We highly recommend this class and will definitely join Chef Antonio in other classes.

It was awesome experience for us making pizza with chef Antonio! I am from Korea, and Koreans usually don't have oven in their kitchen which leads them to buy some pizza from restaurant not make pizza for themselves. So it was really a new experience for me making pizza with big traditional oven and I loved it. My pizza came out great, too. Chef Antonio was very professional, he gave us plenty of new knowledge about pizza and some Italian life. Also he was very friendly so we felt comfortable during the class. I would highly recommend this class to others.  Thank you for setting up the cooking class.
