Sit back and enjoy a menu of classically indulgent comfort food with a modern flair.

During this private chef experience, Chef V will prepare a refined three-course menu featuring modern takes on classic comfort foods. Some of the dishes you can look forward to enjoying include a warm butter lettuce salad with pears and balsamic vinegar, Chateaubriand with truffle salt mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables, and warm chocolate chip cookies with ice cream for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef V comes from a long line of excellent Italian cooks and has been in the kitchen as long as she can remember. She lives a Paleo and Keto lifestyle, and creates vibrant dishes that taste and look like those from her Italian roots. She is the founder of an award-winning Paleo brand and is a TEDx speaker. Chef V uses organic fruits and vegetables, grass-fed meat and wild-caught fish in her cooking when able, with no gluten, grains, legumes, refined sugar or dairy in sight.
