Enjoy chef favorites that explore traditional Midwest flavor with Chef Matthew.
In this private chef experience, Chef Matthew will take you on a culinary journey through the Midwest, as you enjoy family recipes that go back generations. From roasted squash salad with guanciale and walnuts to smoked trout with capers, and 21-day dry aged beef to apple pie with maple syrup, each dish is infused with traditional Midwest American ingredients and flavors.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Meet your chef
Growing up in a small farming community, Chef Matthew’s passion for cooking was inspired by his family’s love of cooking with ingredients fresh from their farm. Chef Matthew went on to graduate from the Culinary Institute of America and then earn a degree from the International Sommelier Guild. He has since gained more than 20 years of culinary experience at home and abroad while living in Russia and traveling through Europe.
