Private Chef - A Simply Delicious French Dinner
In this private chef experience, Chef John will prepare several delicious French dishes for you to savor. You'll begin with a baked brie en croute before moving to the second course: smoky lentils or classic salad de maison. For your entrée, choose between an ancient French dish, sea bass, or the modern pan-seared steak. For dessert, enjoy a semisweet chocolate and coffee pot de creme.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
Brie en Croute
With sliced almonds, puff pastry and fruit jam
Lentilles braisées aux lardons with lentils, pork belly, tomatoes and cream
Salade aux lardons with chicories, bacon and mustard vinaigrette
Poisson en papillote with sea bass, vegetables, white wine and beurre blanc
Tournedos de rossini with filet mignon, mushrooms, crostini and pâté
