Private Chef - A Sophisticated Dinner
Let Chef John can put a high-end spin on a handful of classic restaurant dishes. To start the evening, you'll select between fresh oysters or smoked salmon blini as your appetizer. In addition, Chef John will prepare a fresh arugula salad. For the entrée, choose between duck breast paired with apples and bittersweet chocolate or Coquille St. Jacques scallops. Save some room for the decadent lava cake at the end.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
Fresh oysters with Champagne vinaigrette or oysters Rockefeller
Smoked salmon blini with caviar tapenade and a quail egg
With pecorino cheese, pear and pine nuts
Duck breast with caramelized apples, Calvados and bittersweet chocolate
Coquille St. Jacques scallops with mushrooms, breadcrumbs and Gruyere
