Private Chef - A Valencian Feast
With a history of producing innovative dishes such as paella, Valencia has grown into one of the most venerated cuisines in the world. In this private chef experience, Chef John puts his own spin on several Valencian classics. Your meal begins with your choice of tapas, which include Spanish cheeses or anchovies. Next, you'll enjoy either bean and pepper soup or a chorizo soup. For your entrée, dig into your choice of paella. End on a sweet note with delectable flan de naranja.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
