Private Chef - Succulent Seafood Feast

Enjoy a seafood-focused menu in this private chef experience with Chef Lamia.

This succulent three-course private meal prepared by Chef Lamia begins with gazpacho and your choice of a vegetarian rainbow tower or a crab tower. Next, is the beautiful main course of seared wild scallops on a bed of parsnip purée and crisp asparagus. Finally, a dessert of crémeux with milk and dark chocolate, and sweet and salty caramel awaits.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
