This private chef experience is the perfect way to experience the diverse cuisine of Southeast Asia. In this three-course meal, Chef Ryan will combine vibrant flavors with the precise cooking methods of Japan for a truly unique dining experience. Your meal will begin with a daikon and cucumber salad topped with Japanese dressing. Enjoy a Filipino chicken adobo roulade as your main meal, then finish up with a goat cheese panna cotta for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
