In this private chef experience, Chef Zenaidy crafts an Italian meal that is just as graceful as it is flavorful. This four-course menu begins with eggplant caponata and focaccia, then moves to an arugula salad topped with burrata and sun-dried tomatoes. For the entrée, choose between a beef fillet or pork, each served with a balsamic reduction, green beans, and pan-roasted potatoes. For dessert, choose from panna cotta or tiramisu.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
