These artfully crafted and globally inspired canapés are the perfect accoutrement to cocktails and conversation.
In this culinary experience with Chef Joey, you will have the unique opportunity to celebrate and savor incredible canapés from the streets of Rome to the California coast, from Provençal France to the American backyard, and south of the border and beyond. No matter what the festivity, or lack thereof, Chef Joey's array of canapés are reason enough for celebration.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
Course One
Choose three
Pancetta-wrapped dates stuffed with pecorino and baked
Arancini with roasted pumpkin and sage brown butter
Mediterranean grilled shrimp with lemon-basil aioli
Lasagna cupcakes with cheese, meat, or spinach
Mini pot pies with chicken, vegetables, or beef
Lamb pops with a pistachio crust
Course Two
Choose three
Cassis flank steak and olive oil crostini with chimichurri and chipotle aioli
Chef’s selection of crostini or grilled bread with seasonal toppings
Smoked salmon bites with goat cheese, quail egg and horseradish
Smoked salmon wrapped in a chive crêpe with crème fraîche
Bocconcini di speck with fig, brie, gorgonzola and walnuts
Provolone, fontina, pear, apple and grape skewers
