Place desired amount of cherries — only one or two are needed for the cocktail, but I always make extra for a late night snack — in a small glass or bowl and pour rye whiskey in to cover the cherries. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest in fridge for at least 1-2 hours before class starts.

Brett was fantastic! We had an excellent time during his class, and the drinks we created were delicious. We'll definitely be taking another one of his classes in the future.
